  • Providing professional property management services for the Old Post Office building, including budgeting, financial reporting, supervision of all services, tenant retention, owner communications and oversight of special projects
  • Serving as Help Desk Service Coordinator with responsibility for electronically tracking and communicating service requests from the clients of all Dayton based properties to maintenance staff and third party contractors as needed to complete work requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking of Insurance Certificate compliance for all commercial tenants in MVGREG managed properties
  • Tracking of Insurance Certificate compliance for all Commercial Property Management service contractors

  • Joined Miller-Valentine Group in 1988 serving in commercial brokerage and property management
  • Extensive experience providing prioritizing and completing property management tasks ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Able to anticipate small problems before they become issues; minimizing costs and excessive disruption to clients daily operations
  • Served as Office and Facility Manager for MV Headquarters
