Dave Williams – One of 8 People Changing the Face of Dayton

David M. Williams, who recently joined Miller-Valentine Group as the Vice President of Urban Development, continues to impact the landscape of downtown Dayton.  David’s experience includes award-winning adaptive reuse urban projects such as The Cannery, Lofts on St Clair and the 2nd Street Public Market.  He currently serves on the board of directors for Heritage Ohio and Greater Dayton Conservation Fund. He was also the former Vice-Chair of the Dayton Regional ESID and member of NAIOP and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He has served on the City of Dayton’s Plan Board and Landmarks Commission, numerous preservation boards, community and civic organizations and was a recipient of the Dayton Business Journals 40 under 40.

Currently, Dave is focusing on a number of efforts that bring Dayton treasures back to life and create vibrant urban environments.
