Miller-Valentine Group today announces the appointment of Peter Marrocco as the company’s Cincinnati Market President, effective December 30, 2015. Marrocco will be responsible for driving business growth for the company’s Cincinnati teams focused on development and construction.
Miller-Valentine Group has had a presence in the Cincinnati market since 1984, developing well-known projects such as University Pointe and Stratford Heights, as well as providing facilities for local and international clients Huhtamaki USA, Eurostampa North America, and Verst Group Logistics. Multifamily properties developed/constructed and/or managed include StoneBridge at Winton Woods, Otterbein Senior Living, Ashley Grove, Harmony Senior Village, and the historic renovation of The Alexandra Apartments.

Marrocco, a Cincinnati native, joins Miller-Valentine with over 30 years experience in construction and other areas of commercial real estate as well as management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Miller-Valentine, Marrocco was with HGC Construction. In 1990 he co-founded Sierra Stone Industries, a manufacturer of Cast Stone and Lightweight alternatives to traditional dry-cast stone products.
