Miller-Valentine recently broke ground on the 129,500 SF tilt-up addition to the existing Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) facility located in the Lexington County Industrial Park. RNDC continues to be one of the fastest-growing distributors of premium wine and spirits in the United States. Once the project is completed, RNDC will occupy over 336,000 SF of state-of-the-art distribution space to serve its customers throughout SC. This expansion is part of a multi-phase master plan and will increase RNDC’s distribution capabilities by more than fifty percent. The aggressive project schedule is being accelerated by Miller-Valentine Construction to meet an end of the third quarter completion date.

“Miller-Valentine has been a valued partner for RNDC as we grow our platform locally and beyond”. said Steve Platte, Director of Operations for RNDC – SC. “This is our second major construction project together and I can confidently state that their project approach and leadership has provided significant value. We look forward to working with Miller-Valentine in the future as we continue to expand.”
