Miller-Valentine Group was founded in 1963 by 3 partners, Gerry Miller, Dan Valentine and Jim Walsh who immediately capitalized on a period in the nation that saw rapid construction and development of infrastructure; particularly roads, highways, and bridges. The company continued to grow through the 1970’s by developing tilt-up construction expertise and have since further grown into a full-service real estate company.
Miller-Valentine Group offers expert services as a leading regional contractor, developer, consultant, and property manager with offices located in Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina, and Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. To date, Miller-Valentine Group has constructed over 80 million square feet of commercial and industrial space and developed and managed a portfolio of 20 million square feet of commercial and multi-family projects, spanning over 22 states. Miller-Valentine Group has been named “Developer of the Year” by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has been recognized with the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Diamond STEP Award, ABC’s highest honor for rewarding contractors with superior safety programs. Additionally, Miller-Valentine Group was recently recognized as the “Contractor of the Year” by the ABC of the Carolinas Chapter.
