Miller-Valentine Group has recently teamed with owner, Jim Bass of Palmetto Candy & Tobacco for the renovation of this iconic building. Palmetto Candy &Tobacco located on well-known Lincoln Street, which previously served as a candy factory and store, closed its doors earlier this year after almost a century in business.

Miller-Valentine Group has revitalized the century plus old facility and has advised the owner on repositioning this building for the next generation of its existence as the owner is searching for a new tenant to occupy the space.

“I choose Miller-Valentine for this unique opportunity based on their experience as a building owner and their renovation experience in the Congaree Vista. I was glad to work with them and am pleased that this building will continue to progress within this historic area, “said Jim Bass.

If interested in the tenant opportunity within this building, please call JP Scurry and Scottie Smith with Colliers International at (803) 254-2300.
