May 22, 2012 / By Kurt Eyring, Vice President

Miller-Valentine Group and Gramling Brothers Real Estate have partnered on the development and construction of a 12,725 square foot speculative, in-line retail center in the Azalea Square Shopping Center in Summerville. The center will break ground May 7th with space being delivered by September 2012.

The Class “A” retail center, built for Summerville I LLC, is located on one of the last remaining outparcels in the 348,000 square foot Target anchored Azalea Square power center. The strategically located site provides high visibility from Hwy 17 and features a signalized intersection. The building will offer suites from 1,200 to 12,300 square feet for lease. Mikell Harper, developer with Gramling Brothers states, “Even in this ever-challenging economy, we have received strong tenant interest in Azalea Station and look forward to working with Miller-Valentine Group to deliver this Class “A”, speculative retail space in what is already a vibrant commercial district in Summerville.”
