Miller-Valentine Group Realty Services makes use of accounting software which provides for periodic reports. Of the many reports available, the Budget Variance Report provides for a comparison of budgeted and actual expenses on a current monthly basis, as well as a year-to-date basis and the annual plan.

Reliable Preventative Maintenance

Our Preventative Maintenance programs provide for the long-term care of the property's features and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance will typically extend the life of the item and also allow equipment to operate most efficiently.
