Founded in 1963 as a general
contractor, Miller-Valentine Group specialized in the
construction of highways and bridges. This knowledge
of concrete construction was applied to buildings and
became known as the Con/Steel® Building System.
This nationally franchised system combines the tilt-up
construction process with innovative design, construction,
and management techniques to produce high-value tilt-up
structures.
Today, Miller-Valentine Group utilizes numerous building
systems, materials, and technology in its development
and construction activities to serve a highly diversified
client base. Since the late 1960s, the company has
developed industrial and office buildings at strategic
locations that provide high visibility and easy access
to interstate highways.
Miller-Valentine Group's portfolio of speculative and
build-to-suit-for-lease products has grown over the
years, and it now serves hundreds of clients, including
many Fortune 500 companies such as Mead, Pitney Bowes,
Whirlpool, Airborne Express, Emery and Stride Rite/Keds
